Peter Parsley, P. Geo
Mr. Parsley possesses 32 years of progressively responsible experience encompassing all facets of economic geology, exploration geology, corporate management, and project management. Pete is a registered professional geologist and holds both a Bachelor and Masters degree in Geology. Mr. Parsley has extensive foreign and domestic experience with regard to corporate business development and mineral property acquisitions. Pete has worked as a mining and exploration geologist for Newmont, Tenneco, USMX, Echo Bay, Dewey Mining, Triumph Gold, and Thunder Mountain Gold. He is responsible for gold discoveries which have been taken into production in Idaho, Utah, Alaska, and Venezuela. Pete managed due diligence programs for acquisition of base metal, precious metal, and coal properties in China, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, and Ghana. He has managed Hazardous Material removal programs for ExxonMobil and the State of Idaho. Pete has designed and implemented corporate permitting strategies for State and Federal requirements under NEPA at precious and industrial metal operations in Alaska, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah.
Mr. Thorndycraft has metallurgical experience in bringing 94 heap-leach projects to fruition. In the past Bruce has worked for Atlanta Gold as a Vice President of Operations, as well as the General Manager of Atlanta Gold Corporation. He has also worked as the Chief Operating Officer of the Lluvia de Oro and La Jojoba gold mine at NWM Mining Corporation. Bruce has more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of heap leach operations, including open pit mining, process design, plant and pad construction, heap leaching, gold plant operations and metallurgical analysis. The scope of his experience spans gold projects in Central and South America, Nevada, USA and Canada where he was involved in the gold mining, gold milling and gold recovery processes, both from the design and operating side. Mr. Thorndycraft holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Metallurgical Engineering.
Col H Vezina.
Col. H. André J.P Vézina, CD, has over 30 years experience in oil, gas and mining activities throughout West Africa, most notably the Republic of Mali and North America as well. He has extensive experience in oil field development and mining operations in West Africa. During his career Mr. Vézina was involved in the construction of an oil production complex using vapour generation at the beginning of the tar sand operations in Alberta. He was in charge of the security and supply for three rigs operating in Hibernia oil field.
Mr. Vezina has several attestations in economy, marketing and legal affairs and has worked in business development, finance and management mainly with Imperial Bank of Commerce, Nordair, Esso, Shell and BP Oil. More recently he was co-founder and VP Business Development for B-Temia and Centrix Energy Corp., administrator of Robex Resources, President of Mali Oil Development and investor relation consultant for Scorpio Mining. He also served as VP of Robex Mining Company which is currently in production in the Republic of Mali, Scorpio Mining in Mexica and Scorpio Gold in Nevada, USA, and negotiated the acquisition of oil and gas blocks in Benin by Nova Scotia Oil and Gas.

He is a Honorary Colonel of the 5 Field Ambulance and most notably Honorary Consul of Benin for Quebec City.
